The Shepherd Hut at The Old Police House

A traditional bespoke Shepherd Hut in a semi rural location. The hut is positioned a few steps from the Llangollen canal and a three min walk from the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.Offas Dyke runs along the towpath .There are two excellent pubs a few minutes walk, post office ,pizza takeaway and cafe. The Hut is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is direct access to the tow path on which you can walk for miles. I currently have a minimum 2 nights stay but may allow 1 night stay please ask

It is ideally located for activities such as hiking, cycling, water sports on the river Dee and Llangollen canal or just relaxing and enjoying the scenery. This ground floor studio apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, is dog friendly and has a double bed with single bunk above, along with a shower, wardrobe, televison, wifi, a well-stocked kitchen and secure outside courtyard.

Lyndonhurst Apartment is a self-contained wing of our late 19th century house located by the the River Dee and the historic Llangollen Railway. We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre which is buzzing with activity all year round and full of great pubs, eateries and shops. We are also located opposite the famous Llangollen Pavilion which hosts the annual musical Eisteddfod. It is a wonderful place to stay whether you like walking, fishing, water sports, steam trains or simply relaxing.

Set in a cottage garden on a hillside above the town of Llangollen our lovely blue cabin has panoramic views across town towards Castell Dinas Bran and the Horseshoe Pass. Beautiful Llangollen is great for a break any time of year. Sit with a drink on the decking, or in front of the little log burner, and watch the sunset over the mountains, or the snow sweeping in along the valley. Take a glass of sparkly and have a bath under the stars.

By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

Our handcrafted en-suite wooden cabin is located within a small wood on the grounds of working sheep farm with an uninterrupted view across the valley in picturesque Shropshire. It has everything you need to retreat from the real world, whether it's for a cosy night in, in front of the log burner or a chance to sit and stargaze on the deck. There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.

3 x floor space. Ground floor utility room with spiral staircase leading to first floor. First floor has a sofa, shower room, toilet and sink. A steep paddle staircase leads to mezzanine floor with sleeping mattresses on floor in roof area for 2 people. Staircases may challenge dogs, young children, physically impaired. This 3 bed spacious house has a large kitchen diner with 1800s bread oven feature, comfortable lounge, 3 generous bedrooms one with ensuite and large family bathroom with freestanding bath and spacious shower. Lovely country village location with two family pubs, a park great for children and a large independant supermarket which sells everything you could need. Plenty of lovely country walks straight from the door perfect for a getaway or home from home when working away.
