From Llangynidr you have the canal which offers an easy walk either way and Tor y foel mountain.

Set in the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park, this canal side spacious property (with en-suite) is set back from the road and offers tranquility. A great range of walks including Pen y Fan can be started from the front door. The traditional local pub (CAMRA award winner) is less than 150 metres away and serves a great variety of dishes. The hut gets it's name from the hill that dominates the view from the porch seat - Tor y foel.

Bridge house. Located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons this refurbished traditional cottage is full of original features including oak beams and stone a fireplace. The cottage has 3 rooms for private use; living room (sofa bed with mattress), kitchen and bathroom, heated by an eco-friendly biomass boiler. Freesat tv and DVD player. A few metres takes you to the nearest footpaths leading to beautiful hills, the Taff Trail or a pretty stream along a valley. Brecon mon canal a short walk.

Ideal for 2 people to get away to the beautiful Welsh countryside. The 'Little Barn' is located about 1.5 miles SW of the small town of Talgarth with fantastic views of the Black mountains. Ideal for a break whether it’s mountain walking, cycling, visiting the local book, food, countryside living or jazz festivals, or some peace and quiet to reflect on life. Coity Cottage is one of a pair of pretty pink cottages nestled in the Brecon Beacons. Step through the old stable door into open-plan living. The kitchen is the pride of the cottage & is super well-equipped. Sumptuous linens, pretty curtains & lovely bedroom window views await you upstairs. A very comfortable king-size bedroom with an elegant bathroom next door. There is also a cute upstairs extra sitting room to relax in with more beautiful views.
