The property is 10 minutes walk away from the beautiful Glamorgan Heritage coast and the Welsh Coastal path. There are loads of beautiful walks nearby aswell as two pubs (15 minute walk) and a large co-op (10 minute walk). Wedding venue Gileston Manor is a 1 minute walk away. Great access to Cardiff Airport, Cardiff Stadium, the Principality Stadium and the city centre.

The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Lovely view of the countryside, quiet, calm and relaxing. We allow a small dog, guests need to inform hosts of their intention to bring their pet with them, as there are certain rules/guidelines. Please see our other listing next door to Suite 1, ‘The Pod’ -sleeps 2, ideal for friends/2 couples taking a break together. Private use of garden gym.

A cosy cottage, built circa 1820. Located in the historic town of Llantwit Major, the cottage is ideal for couples/families wishing to enjoy the South Wales coast. Comfortably furnished with some character features, a fully equipped kitchen and a good sized dining space. The sitting room has a log burner and there are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor. A mature garden opens up towards the back to a decking area that catches the evening light, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine.

Our detached self contained Annex has everything you need to enjoy a stress free break. Includes private outdoor space with Bistro set, BBQ and Chiminea. local shops, bar, takeaway just a short stroll along the Brook.

This unique space has been newly refurbished to provide a cosy and conveniently located accommodation. One lovely sized double bedroom, bathroom with generous walk in shower, small kitchenette area with air fryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Lounge with TV/ Netflix. Outside patio area with seating is welcomed to be used. The annexe is attached to the owners but with its own front door and key safe. To note are the space saver stairs which may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

We are situated on the Glamorgan Heritage Coast , and there are many walks along the cliffs.

Bus routes serve the local coastal area.
