Betty's Cottage - Beautiful, rural valley.

Relax in a beautiful, detached, cosy stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley where nature is thriving. Rustic & comfortable . The cottage overlooks a stone bridge and small river on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. We are dog friendly and are happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs. The perfect base to be in nature, walk, cycle & explore many scenic areas of this beautiful part of West Wales. Betty's was built in the 1800's & is a traditional, stone cottage.

The Store at Mewslade Cottage

The Store at Mewslade Cottage is a self contained unit with separate entrance and beautiful courtyard area within the garden. It is located at the end of the Gower peninsular has off-road parking and is 5 minutes walk down a lane to beautiful Mewslade beach, 10 minutes walk to wonderful Rhossili. It has a low double bed up narrow stairs in a lovely roof space (not standing height), a kitchen and dining area that opens out onto the courtyard, separate room with sofa bed & TV and a shower room.

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Woodcutter’s Cottage - Magical riverside location

Built in the 1700s beside the river, this cosy little cottage is full of rustic character. Expect a warm welsh welcome both at the cottage and from the friendly village. Take a bracing wild water dip! Ideally situated for walkers and wildlife lovers 7 miles from the Brecon Beacons N P and 19 miles from Gower’s stunning beaches. Only 5 minutes drive from Llanelli beach & 6.4 miles from the beautiful coastal town of Burry Port. Nearby attractions are Pembrey Country Park, Llanelli Wetland Centre, Kidwelly Castle & The Mumbles on the Gower Peninsula, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Trostre Retail Park is close by hosting many high street shops & restaurants.
