This first floor suite comprises of a cosy large lounge with dining area in the bay window, 3 seater settee, and a 50 inch tv. food prep area with microwave, kettle, toaster. Even an AIR FRYER. It’s perfect. the En-suite bedroom includes a 4’6x6’6 double bed, wall mounted television, wardrobe and chest of drawers Jack n Jill ( his and hers sinks), even your own auto lite vanity mirror, a nice large shower and a special sink we call the potwash. the whole suite has central heating also.

Great location just yards from the Victorian pier and promenade in Llandudno, the Queen of the North Wales resorts. Across the road are popular bars and restaurants. The beach is 100 metres away and behind us is the Great Orme. WE DO NOT HOST CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 YEARS
