The Longbarn at Caerfallen

The Longbarn at Caerfallen is a Grade II listed, luxury, self-catering holiday home located on an historic farm in the Vale of Clwyd, North Wales just a mile from the Medieval town of Ruthin. Set in the farm's 70 acres of grass and arable land, and with far reaching views across rolling countryside to the hills beyond, this is the ideal place to relax and recharge. The property is also perfectly positioned for exploring Snowdonia, the castles of North Wales and historic Chester and Liverpool.

The Red Shed - cosy woodland cabin with woodburner

This cosy 'Red Shed' is tucked away in a tranquil 22 acre woodland in the Clwydian Hills, hosted by Rob & Claire. ​ Our quirky one-up, one-down self catering cabin is designed to accommodate 2 adults, but could sleep up to 4 if you don't mind being cosy... just ask! It is well equipped & most furnishings, including a beautiful greenwood bed are handmade. We welcome people attending craft courses in Wernog Wood, as well as walkers & other visitors to the area. All guests must be aged over 18yrs.

Wonder Wagon at Trelan Farm ~ with outdoor bath

The Wonder Wagon, a custom built bolthole on an old wagon chassis, has found a special place to park up for a final time here at Trelan Farm in beautiful Cilcain, North Wales. Inside the open plan layout has a stylish, kitchen/diner area and a cosy bedroom & ensuite. The French doors open out on to the decking with breath-taking views of Moel Famau, the farm & of course, your own private outdoor bath tub. Adults only. No children, babies or dogs.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Surrounded by amazing views, including Hope Mountain one side and the remains of the old viaduct nestled in amongst trees the other side. Set within the grounds of the Hall, the accommodation provides a peaceful retreat. Just 13 miles from Chester, 17 miles from Chester Zoo and about an hours drive from Snowdonia. Lots of great walks in the area, also 'One Planet Adventure' is nearby offering mountain biking, walking and trail running.

Cor Isaf - Country Cottage

There will always be a friendly welcome at Cor Isa, a cosy stylish retreat on the hillside overlooking the Clwydian Range. The historic market town of Ruthin is a mile away and holds a wealth of history with it's castle, and beautiful buildings. Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdonia and Zip World only 1hr drive away. Walks and cyclepaths are plentiful in the surrounding area.

This charming farm granary offers a warm and comfortable countryside retreat, full of original character and charm. The ground-floor bedroom features a cosy double bed with duvet, a walk-in wardrobe, and a TV. The lounge includes a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen and inviting lounge/dining area make it easy to settle in and feel at home, with a modern shower room for added comfort. Outside, guests can enjoy a peaceful garden seating area, ample parking, and bike shed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We are delighted to offer our Shepherds Hut, situated in an idylic area of natural beauty in rural North Wales. With popular walks including Moel Famau and Loggerheads Country Park which is about a 5 minute walk and has a super cafe. Directly opposite is a wonderful country pub which does amazing food. Mold town is a 5 minute drive away, and has everything you need including a market on a Saturday.

The cottage is an ideal base for discovering all North Wales has to offer. Snowdonia and Zip World activities only an hour away by car. The famous Wrexham AFC only 30 mins away. There is plenty of walks to do in the area - Snowdonia and Clwydian range, Offa’s Dyke and plenty of beautiful lakes.
