Located in Elmer, a sleepy village 200m from a lovely, never-crowded dog-friendly beach via its own footpath. The rock islands are a unique feature creating sheltered swimming bays & are great to fish from or swim around. Secure south-facing garden, private parking for 2 cars. Sleeps up to 6 people. 2 dogs welcome. A great base to explore Littlehampton & Brighton to the East... Bognor Regis, Chichester, Portsmouth to the West and close-by Arundel and the South Downs. Cottage in Arundel, West Sussex

Nestled in the heart of Arundel, Norton Cottage is situated a short walk from its historic Castle, Cathedral and old town centre with its boutique shops, bars and restaurants. A renovated Georgian cottage set over three floors providing accommodation for four guests. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and a beautiful bathroom. The ground floor contains the living area, complete with original wooden beams and a log burner to enjoy on colder nights, as well as a modern galley kitchen.

Kenmore Cottage is a home from home, centrally located, whilst in a peaceful residential area, a 10 minute walk from the quiet beach at Rustington. The 2 bedroom cottage is spacious and open plan with a comfortable lounge area, a modern well equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs both en-suite bedrooms are light and airy, with a TV and plenty of wardrobe space. Enjoy the private cosy south/west facing terrace, and relax in your own private Jacuzzi Hot-Tub. 2 allocated parking spaces.

Laid-back seaside cottage

We want to give our guests the opportunity to experience Littlehampton and the amazing and beautiful areas around it. The beach is only a few steps away, with a huge green space along most of the prom, and all the best attractions are within a couple of minutes walk. We recently fully renovated the whole property, using upcycled and recycled materials wherever possible. We're really excited for guests to see it! It's the perfect holiday hub; comfortable, convenient and full of character.

Hardy Cottage - Arundel Town Centre

This cosy, 3 bedroomed, terraced cottage is a perfect base for you to explore the historic town of Arundel. It is within walking distance of 2 local breweries, numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and, a lovely eclectic mix of shops. After sightseeing, shopping or walking the dog take a rest in the warmth of the woodstove or, rustle up a meal in the well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. King and Single bedrooms are on the top floor.

This is a beautiful Family Annexe in West Sussex. We are 10/15 minutes from Littlehampton & Arundel. The historic town of Arundel is home to the stately Arundel Castle & Cathedral, aswell as antique shops, cafes & restaurants. Chichester Cathedral city & Goodwood are a 20 minutes drive. Great location for the South Downs National Park. We are close to some glorious beaches like Littlehampton (East & West Beach), Felpham, Bognor Regis & The Witterings.

Self contained annex in a beautiful 17th Century farmhouse, in the seaside village of Climping. Consisting of Double Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (upstairs, accessed via spiral staircase), and spacious living room downstairs (with additional sofa bed if required). One mile from the beach, and four miles from the historic town of Arundel.

Seaside Home in Rustington

Detached spacious 3 bedroom home a few minutes walk to the beach. Formerly a Day Nursery for children and babies Upto five years old I restored the building back into a home, there is a lot of space to move around. The house enjoys an East/West aspect so when the sun is shining you can always find a spot to enjoy it inside or out.
