Start your day on the screened porch and unwind by the fire pit, grill, or outdoor bar. The private second-floor primary suite features an en-suite bath, seating area, and office nook. A queen bedroom and full bath with walk-in shower are on the first floor. Near hiking trails, carriage roads, restaurants, and Mount Desert Island’s rugged coastline.

Located in the sweet little village of Otter Creek, you can walk to Otter Cove and the Park Loop Road, or cross street to climb Cadillac Mountain. 4.5 miles from downtown Bar Harbor, 3 miles from Seal Harbor Beach. The Wild Gardens of Acadia and nature center are two miles away, Seal Harbor beach is three miles. The house has wifi, and the cell tower provides a clear AT+T signal here and for Acadia National Park, but other carriers are weak or no signal. Verizon users will not have service.

Overlooking the woods of Acadia National Park in the residential village of Seal Harbor, this house is a 10 minute walk to the beach and village green where you can swim or rent kayaks or bicycles. It is 1 mile from the carriage roads and hikes in the park. Follow the road to the Jordan Pond House, a famous restaurant serving tea and popovers overlooking Jordan Pond. It is a 15 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. It is the ideal spot to enjoy all of Mount Desert Island.
