Our Newly built space is located on the beautiful island of Great Exuma . This house has an awesome beach access. Just a two minute walk to Exuma's famous Three Sister Rock beautiful white sand and crystal blue beach. This one bedroom unit is very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store. You will truly enjoy your stay, when you book with us.

With 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom, you can comfortably sleep 4 people utilizing the pullout couch in the living room. Launch the kayak or paddleboard right from the backyard and enjoy the Exuma waters.

Beautiful Home and Guest House on the water with a small private beach and dock. Sleeps 10. Private dock and deck for your enjoyment with swings hanging over the water. Your own private gym.
