Perfect garden with dining area, three double bedrooms with countryside views, two bathrooms (one as en-suite) and downstairs toilet. Farmhouse style kitchen with Aga, utility room, and a spacious living room with traditional wood burner. Easy parking to side of cottage. Please note the original stairs are steep, but easy to use with the assistance of the hand rail.

The Fold is a brand new 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom stable conversion situated on a working farm. Located in an excellent location for visiting the surrounding Cotswold villages. There is also a log burner for cosy winter nights. The nearest train station is Moreton-in-Marsh with direct trains to London. Disabled access with walk in shower.

This beautiful bespoke-made sheperd’s hut is located one mile outside the charming market town of Chipping Norton. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. With its beautifully appointed linens and furnishings our shepard’s hut is the perfect base for your next break.

We are ideally located for discovering the many beautiful Cotswold villages as well as within easy reach of Oxford, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon. We are also close to Daylesford Farmshop and Soho Farmhouse and are surrounded by rolling countryside for lovely longs walks. There are plenty of great pubs and restaurants to visit. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

The apartment is close to the Cotswold Farm Park, located in the grounds of a 48 acre livery business, the apartment has fantastic views across the lawns, to the horses in the paddocks and beyond. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is decorated to give it a Cotswold farmhouse feel, it has it's own entrance, with off street parking.

The Cotswolds, Churchview Barn, Todenham.

A beautiful one bedroom mezzanine barn located in the heart of the Cotswolds, a short drive away from Stow-on-the-Wold, Daylesfords and SoHo Farmhouse. There are many lovely country walks directly from the barn. The nearest town, Moreton-in-Marsh is a 10 minute drive away with a train station with direct links to London. 10 minutes walk from the barn is a Todenham farm with a fabulous farm shop and Herd restaurant. Pitt Kitchen is a 15 minute walk.

A Granary surrounded by 180 acres of grass

Our Granary has been sympathetically and lovingly converted from an old grain store into a comfortable homely studio for your stay. The Granary is situated next to our farmhouse which originally dated back to 1662. It has recently been fully rebuilt after suffering a large fire. The house, Granary and outbuildings are all constructed of the typical Cotswold stone used throughout the area. We are surrounded by sprawling gardens and grassland.
