Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

A-frame Parkway Cabin *Dog Friendly*

A-frame cabin nestled among thickets of beautiful rhododendron. This home is just seconds from the Blue Ridge Parkway National Park, and minutes from Newland, Sugar Mountain, Linville, & Banner Elk. Our home offers a large Primary room with a King bed, and a large loft with a full bed. The living room has space for the entire family to gather around the 50" smart television. Spend your evenings on the back porch taking in the warmth of the fire pit. Dogs are welcome with a small pet fee.

Cozy cabin in the woods. You can anchor in and enjoy the peaceful quiet of the cove, sit by the fire, laze in the hammock. Or take advantage of being centrally located to many Lake Norman amenities.
