Built in 2021 for guests, friends & family, this cozy cottage has all the amenities one appreciates, when living in the deep north country. After a day of outdoor recreation or local touring, kindle a wood fire in the wood stove, settle in with a good book or chill with a bottle of wine.

With views of the Green Mountains, you will be a short drive away from quaint towns, skiing, breweries, hiking, and swimming. On the property, enjoy the fresh mountain air, changing leaves, and local flora and fauna. In summer, cool off after a hike or bike in the shared pool. In winter, you're 15 minutes to Mad River Glen and 30 to Sugarbush Ski Resort.

Mt Abe and Bartlett's Falls are the closest options. We're also close to civilization with several towns close by to explore for food, drink, art, and shopping. The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Steps to Sugarbush Mountain in Warren, Vermont. This a one bedroom, one bath condo located in Center Village on Sugarbush Mountain. Pull out sofa is also available in the main living room. Perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking & hiking. Condo is walking distance to chairlift. Short drive to Warren Falls, Mad River Glen, Mount Ellen and many delicious restaurants. The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

This is a spacious guesthouse/retreat where you can relax and unwind. There are great views and walking down the road is serene, with open fields bordered by woods and teaming with wildlife. In the winter you can Nordic ski or snowshoe right outside your door, through fields and woodland paths down by an active sugar-bush. We currently have chickens as well as my friendly dog Annie who loves to play. We also have a young kitty named LB who is a pip.
