Guest House on acreage - quiet and private setting

Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

THE BIRD'S NEST - Secluded getaway!

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. The cottage was extensively refurbished in 2025 and offers a high standard of clean, beautifully presented self contained accommodation, with uninterrupted views of farm paddocks and rolling hills. Hang up a hammock, and enjoy the sun, or enjoy a scenic walk. Enjoy breakfast on the front deck, and drinks on the patio in the private garden to watch the sunset!
