Only 4 minutes to golf, 10 minutes to capital city, Augusta, and 45 minutes to skiing as well as Atlantic Ocean!

Room B is a small (10’ x 10’) but cozy room with full size bed with luxury mattress and private bathroom (5’ x8’) with towel warmer & glass shower. The room includes a desk, TV, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, dresser, reading chair & private entrance. In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

Stella the Studio Apartment

Stella is a cabin-style, pet-friendly studio apartment on 100 acres of wooded property. Enjoy the property's amenities (trails, kayaking, canoeing, axe throwing, wood-fired pizza oven) and return to your comfortable space with a hot tub, power, heat, and plumbing! Stella is located at the start of the land, above our storage building, has plenty of parking and can be reached with 2wd vehicles. This is a new space, exterior is unfinished. The hot tub is an Aqualiving 3 person lounge!

The Lodge at Little Moxie Cove

Midcoast Maine at its finest! Enjoy this architectural home with natural light pouring over cherry wood interiors. Gaze out on Little Moxie Cove, with views to Louds, Bar, and Haddock Islands. Peace & privacy are yours, yet you are minutes to Round Pond village, and close to Damariscotta and Pemaquid. A rocky beach for swimming, and sauna for relaxation. Hot tub is available for use, at an extra charge of $500 per week. The Lodge is perfect for a family vacation or a couples retreat.

This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
