Private detached cottage located in the hamlet of Campden in Niagara's wine country. The cottage has one Queen bed located in a bedroom separated from the main area by a curtain and also one pull-out sofa located in the living area. Located on top of the Beamsville Bench minutes from Jordan Village & Balls Falls. Drive, bike, or walk to wineries such as Vineland Estates (2.6 km), Vienni (1.3 km), Tawse (2.6 km) & many others. Approximately a 30 minute drive to NOTL wineries and Niagara Falls.

It’s within walking/biking distance to local wineries, restaurants and a grocery store, very close to hiking trails and on a popular cycling route. There are many delightful culinary options as well as some local highlights such as the Watering Can.

This top floor apartment is 10 minutes walk to the top of Clifton Hill. It’s central location as parking is perfect to enjoying all that the Niagara region has to offer. This unit does have a tenant in the basement so after 10pm is quite time, but with tv in the bedroom and the livingroom/kitchen level between you and the basement this is not hard to do. Bright and spacious, this place makes visiting Niagara Falls easy.
