The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!

Come join us in small town America and relax in this 2 bedroom Lil House with a flair of eastern Colorado country. This house is freshly remodeled just for you, with brand new furniture, light fixtures, new plumbing hardware and farm house decor. Cozy Basement Suite (Non-Smoking Property)

Fort Morgan is small, so you will be close to everything in town when you stay at this cozy basement suite. It has its own private driveway dedicated to the apartment and a private entrance. Six blocks to downtown and Legion Field, two blocks to Safeway, and 3 blocks to the laundromat.

Enjoy country living in wide open space. Come sit on the porch and soak up sunrise/sunsets. Stargaze the galaxies at night. Comfortable suite for you to enjoy rest, peace and quiet. In inclement weather a 4 WD vehicle is recommended on the 1-1/2 mile dirt road to our place.
