Hibiscus Apartment

Άνετο διαμέρισμα με θέα στο Γάιο, τo μεγαλύτερο χωριό στους Παξούς. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 400 μέτρων, ενώ πολλές άλλες παραλίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Villa Callista. The beauty of the traditional.

Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Αφήστε πίσω κάθε έγνοια με αυτόν τον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο. Η βιλλα Alba ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα. Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

Also, you do not need transportation to access the ferry and hydrofoil, as they are in very close proximity.

Mari's house

Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο στούντιο (ενιαίος χώρος) στο κέντρο του Γαΐου στους Παξούς, ευάερο και ευήλιο, με εσωτερική σκάλα για πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα-βεράντα. Η ανακαίνιση βασίστηκε στη διατήρηση του παραδοσιακού στυλ αναδεικνύοντας τα φυσικά υλικά: πέτρα, ξύλο, σίδερο.
