Affordable, Gorgeous, Seafront, Central - the studio is part of a 1928 blue bungalow overlooking the jetty and foreshore playground. Its private - stands alone from the main house and is fully self contained. A creative space providing comfortable and cosy seaside accommodation for small groups. Karatta Cottage is part of a seaside home built in 1858 for the Jones family to escape the inland heat of the dry Limestone Coast summer. A romantic getaway across from the sparkling waters of Karatta Beach and overlooking Lake Butler Marina, Karatta Cottage is the perfect location for a couples’ getaway. It is full of historic seaside charm and is just as good for snuggling up on a grey rainy day in front of the fire with a good book and glass of wine as it is to enjoy in the summer months.

For those travelling with your fur families, we are happy to welcome house trained pets.

River 2C is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, home with an amazing outlook over the estuary & Glenelg River. Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .
