Het huis ligt op loop afstand van hartje Sittard waar aan de Markt allerlei gastronomische eettenten en bistro's met gezellige terrasjes te vinden zijn. Loopt u het Pieterspad of bent u op fiets-toer door het mooie Limburgse heuvelland, dan is dit de uitgelezen plek om een tussenstop te maken. Ook voor het bijwonen van optredens die in zaal Volta gehouden worden, is dit adres op loopafstand. Wielerwedstrijden bijwonen in het Du Moulin park/uitrusten na een enerverende Kennedy mars deelname.

Wij heten iedereen welkom in ons unieke stadspand Cristoffelke. Het gezellige stadspand ligt in een klein oud straatje op wandelafstand (5 minuten) van het centrum, het Designer Outlet Center waar u kunt shoppen, Theater, Bioscoop, Restaurants en Terrassen, Watersport en Cultuur echt alles binnen handbereik. Wij zijn super enthousiast over ons pand en de ligging en wij weten zeker dat u dat ook gaat worden. Het pand is voor U alleen (2 personen geen medebewoners.

Op zoek zijn naar een lichte sfeervolle ruimte met moderne architectuur met oog voor detail en toch verblijven in een pand van 1904? Waar je heerlijk kunt slapen, luchten kan bekijken vanuit een comfortabel bed met eigen douche, toilet en wastafel. Je kan een ontbijt klaarmaken met koffie en thee. Ook is er een kleine koelkast aanwezig. Koken is niet mogelijk. Dit guesthouse is geschikt voor gasten die voor het diner de stad in willen gaan en die houden van rust.

De luxe 2-persoons slaapkamer bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van ons 30-jaren thuis. Het is een gezellige en hippe slaapkamer, voorzien van Nespresso koffie, thee en 1 fles spa blauw per reservering. De vernieuwde badkamer is voorzien van een inloopdouche, wastafel met wasbak en toilet, wasmachine en wasdroger. Wij zijn een werkend echtpaar en willen ons huis graag beschikbaar stellen aan mensen die tijdelijk voor plezier of werk naar Maastricht komen.

Geheel huis in franse stijl met zeer grote tuin

Deze centraal gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht met veel planten, bloemen en leuke ornamenten. Het huis beschikt tevens over een lange tuin (30 meter) met ligstoelen en een Patio waar heerlijk lekker gegeten kan worden. Verder hebben wij er echt geprobeerd een mediterraans sfeertje aan te geven en wij denken dat dit aardig is gelukt :) Binnen 8 minuten lopen bent u al op het station en binnen 12 minuten zit u praktisch in de binnenstad.

Kleine slaapkamer voor 2 personen in Brunssum vlakbij een bushalte voor de richtingen Heerlen en Sittard. Het huis wordt gedeeld met mij. Ik ben een vriendelijk open persoon die veel kan vertellen over Zuid - Limburg. Maak gebruik van de gemakken van dit schattige oude mijnwerkershuisje en geniet van de mooie tuin.
