Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. Lovely 600 sq ft studio in my backyard. Spacious for 2 people, comfortable for 4, & hot spot for a group on a budget. Unique open loft style. With quite a wonky staircase. Upstairs in the loft there is a Queen bed and a twin daybed/couch. There is also clothing storage. Downstairs there’s a full sized futon/couch. The space is a duplex in which I live on one side and am always willing to provide recommendations or anything you may need, but the apartment is completely separate, so you can relax in privacy.

Being in the upper avenues of Salt Lake City this place has beautiful views of the impressive mountains with the city below. Sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the front porch and back deck. A short walk through the neighborhood with beautiful homes from different income levels leads to a streamside walk through City Creek Canyon or a walk to City Creek Park that leads directly into the beautiful downtown area.
