This 1930s farmhouse sits on 2 acres just minutes from the Ohio River. It is the perfect place for those looking to slow down and enjoy the much simpler life in a rural area. The farmhouse has two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and a laundry room. Sit on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee watching cars, jeeps, and motorcycles as they make their way along the Ohio River Scenic Byway. It also has a large rear deck, perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand overlooking the grounds.

Lakeside Cottage

Perfect for couples! Thoughtfully designed with a soothing, rustic chic asthetic. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the wildlife, beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets from the tree tops! Propane fire pit on deck & wood fire pit in the yard with wood provided. About a 15 min drive into Owensboro which is a very cool year-round Rivertown with plenty of restaurants, shops, pubs, and especially the beautiful Riverfront Park! We are also on the Bourbon Trail! Bring your kayaks and enjoy the lake!

Just a hop, skip, and a jump from Holiday World, 15 minutes away—and just 1.9 miles from Matilda’s wedding venue, it's the perfect getaway to relax and make unforgettable memories.

Riverfront Loft Above Honey Moon Coffee Shop

Located right on the riverfront in downtown Newburgh. Perfect access for walking, hiking, running, or bike riding on the popular riverfront trail. With epic views of the Ohio River including a 2nd story balcony view of beautiful sunrises and sunsets, our stylish loft apartment is located directly over Honey Moon Coffee shop. Please note that the loft is above a coffee shop that opens at 7am each day and you will hear some noise. 2 complimentary drip coffees are included with your stay!

Hattie's Hill Cottage

Cozy cottage located just behind the main home on the property (see photos). Relax by the pool, open seasonally, which is shared by the main house guests and host family, or enjoy an evening stroll out in the country. Conveniently located near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville, and Lewisport. The cottage features one flexible bedroom with either two twins or one California king, TV, well-stocked kitchen, dining/work space, comfortable recliners, and access to the beautiful grounds.

Relax and unwind in our brand new two bedroom, one bath, ground level, spacious retreat in Cannelton,Indiana near Historic St Michael Church and Indiana Cotton Mill. We offer a ready kitchen with adjacent dining for four and a cozy area for watching t.v. Our place is handicap accessible, well lit inside and out with security cameras and keypads for coded entry. This home is not safe for any pets, including service animals due to severe health and allergy issues of the owners.
