The studio with its own entrance is located on the ground floor of our family house in a very quiet neighbourhood about 8 minutes walk from the railway station/city center. The centrally located „Sunshine town " Sierre is the starting point for summer and winter sports lovers. Das alte Frutigland-Chalet wurde 2005 total renoviert. Die Vermieter wohnen im Obergeschoss des Hauses. Wir sprechen dt, fr, engl und it. Den Mietern garantieren wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub mit wertvollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Wanderungen. Ideal für 2 Personen, ev. mit Kleinkind. Die heimelig möblierte 2-Zimmerwohnung ist im Parterre mit direktem Zugang zum eigenen Garten-Sitzplatz mit Grill. Hier haben sie eine prächtige Aussicht auf die Berge. Kostenloser gedeckter Carport.

Studio neuf au calme, 5 minutes de CransMontana

Notre petit cocon est situé à Montana-Village à 5min de Crans-Montana et 15min de Sierre. Arrêt de bus à proximité et une place de parking à disposition. Le studio a été construit en 2021. Lit taille 200x200cm. Belle salle de bain avec douche, un espace extérieur pour prendre le petit-déjeuner, cuisine équipée. Depuis le studio il y a des balades à pied ou à vélo possible. Logement non fumeur et fête interdite. Pour une question d’hygiène, nous n’acceptons pas les animaux.

Appartement avec vue sur les alpes et sauna

Situé à 1’120m d’altitude ce logement bénéficie d’une agréable tranquillité avec une superbe vue sur les Alpes valaisannes. A proximité de la forêt et des bisses, il saura ravir les marcheurs. Vous disposez d’une place de parc gratuite sous le couvert. A 10 minutes en voiture vous serez au centre de Saint-Germain/Savièse où se trouvent de nombreuses commodités. De plus Sion, Anzère, Cran-Montana ne se situent respectivement qu’à 20 minutes, 30 minutes et 35 minutes.

Studio mit Aussicht auf das Tal und die Berge. Die heimelig möblierte Wohnung befindet sich im Parterre mit direktem Zugang zum Sitzplatz und dem Parkplatz. Im Wohn-und Schlafraum befinden sich 2 Schrankbetten, ein Schlafsofa, der Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen ein Bücherregal mit Fernseher und dem Geschirrschrank. Vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie eine prächtige Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Vermieter wohnen im Untergeschoss und sind auch da wenn Du ankommst.

Outside, the terrace and views await. An outdoor dining table, hammock and fire bowl invite you to relax. Close access to Gemmi & Torrant cable cars and thermal baths.

Cozy and quiet studio with charging station

Comfortable and welcoming studio close to walks, bisses, ski resorts, and activities around the Valais vineyards. Ideally located between Sierre and Crans-Montana, a wide range of activities are available year-round. The apartment, located in the heart of the historic village of Venthône, was lovingly and carefully renovated in 2021. A terrace is available for your use. Breakfast is served at the Tandem Café, 2 minutes away.

Chalet Geimen: nostalgic and modern style!

Only 8-10 minutes by car from Brig-Naters, via Blattenstrasse, you reach the Wiler "Geimen". The 2 room flat has been lovingly renovated in a nostalgic and modern style. Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.

Unsere Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von einem grossen Naherholungsgebiet. Du wirst unsere Unterkunft lieben. Im angrenzenden Pfynwald findest Du Erholung und viel Naturerlebnisse in der Natur pur! Unsere Unterkunft eignet sich vorzüglich für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Sportler, Wanderer, Biker, Naturfreunde, Geschäftsreisende oder einfach für Geniesser.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in der Mitte des Wallis im schönen sonnigen Susten 650 m.über Meer. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, in 20-60 min. sind sie in den best gelegensten Skigebieten,Golfplätzen,Wander, Bike und Kettergebiete oder Thermalbädern des Wallis. Komplett eingerichtet. Erholung im Garten ist garantiert. Kurtaxe ist inklusive.

Ich freue mich euch mein neues gemütliches Apartment mit toller Aussicht und bester Lage anbieten zu können. Es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und zum Skifahren da Zermatt, Saas-Fee und Grächen schnell zu erreichen sind. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Ich freue mich auf euer Kommen 🙂
