We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Mt View Newly Built Home w/ Queen Bed - 5km CBD

Enjoy views of Mt. Wellington in our newly built guest house with a queen bed and a double sofa bed in Lenah Valley, just 10 mins from Hobart CBD. Convenient location with free on-site parking, bus stop to city right outside the property, cafes and grocery stores nearby. Easy self check-in and you'll have the entire house to yourself. You'll have everything you need to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom and laundry. An ideal space to explore Hobart and beyond!

Laneway hideaway

Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

Inner city oasis

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Lenah Valley Retreat - Beautiful Annex

Beautiful annex in a peaceful garden, near to the chic restaurants and cafés of trendy North Hobart. The tastefully decorated double bedroom has lots of natural light, a double bed, a private en suite and breakfast facilities. Outside is a gorgeous terrace and garden, with comfy outdoor furniture, awnings to protect from the rain and sun, a gas grill, and a shared utility room. This is the perfect place to unwind while you explore the city and enjoy the delights of Tasmania.

* Charge your EV with an outdoor powerpoint!* Soak up the sunlight in this stylish studio. Minimalist and clean, this is the perfect place for a cuppa while watching for local wildlife. Stroll to a local cafe for a delicious brunch, or spend time wandering the many local walking trails. A huge shower and a cosy bed - comfort and relaxation at its finest! * Please note that my accommodation is only suitable for 2 people (I do have a portacot so a baby is also fine)

Relaxing self contained bed sitter nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 mins drive from MONA and 15 mins to Hobart CBD. A short hop to the Derwent River Esplanade Walk (GASP) picnic areas, Yacht Club, shops, Derwent Entertainment Centre (Mystate Arena), River and Mountain views to be enjoyed while on your quiet riverside stroll. Hobart CBD , Salamanca Markets, restaurants and entertainment areas are all within a 15 min drive.

Funky Central Loft Studio

This is a beautiful quirky little studio that we built, utilising lots of recycled materials, in our former garage which sits at the back of our yard. The property is very conveniently located, being just a short walk from the centre of Hobart City and a 20 minute stroll to the delights of the Hobart waterfront.
