Ashdown is a charming, well-loved cottage in the heart of Leisure Isle, Knysna. This cherished family home offers a peaceful and comfortable base for a relaxing holiday, with everything needed for an easy self-catering stay. Perfect for a couple or small family, the cottage is ideal for slow mornings on the sunny patio, walks around the island, bike rides, lagoon visits, reading, relaxing and enjoying the quiet charm of Leisure Isle. A warm, homely escape in one of Knysna’s most loved locations.

A stunning modern home with light flooding in from the north and south aspects. The open plan living areas create an easy flow, with glass doors opening to a covered patio each side to enjoy views from either perspective, ocean, or lagoon sunsets. A separate scullery is tucked behind the kitchen area, guest suites to the east with the master suite to the west. A wood-burning combustion fire powers heat throughout the living areas on colder winter days. This beautiful home boasts a solar system!

The League | 6 sleeper, lagoon views, walk to town

Fully equiped, 2 bedroom, pet friendly, private flat with awesome views of the lagoon and the ocean through the Knysna Heads. Located in a quiet, safe, cul-de-sac with full kitchen - a genuine home away from home experience. Small, separate office with a view for those who still need to work while the family plays. Beds (now with electric blankets) sleep 4 with 2 on the sleeper couch in the lounge if required. Easy walking distance to the waterfront & town. Secure under cover parking for 1 car.

L'Or Marin

This luxurious Victorian-inspired grand suite is situated in front of the Indian Ocean (view on the Milkwood forest). A double fireplace separates the living area from the sleeping area (king size bed). Enjoy a relaxing bath or shower away in the Titanic-inspired bathroom. A small kitchen with a perfect Nespresso coffee, you can also enjoy a braai on your private stoep. We will offer a bottle of L’Ormarins bubbly for a stay longer than 3 days. We are Off-grid so always water and electricity.

Self catering-pet friendly/2 bedrooms/aircon/braai

amazing self catering cottage on Leisure isle within a few minutes walk to the Beach. The cottage offers two bedrooms . queen size bed and an en suite bathroom. This bedroom is not totally closed off from the lounge but separated with a large wall unit. The second bedroom is totally private with either twin beds or a king size bed. There is a full kitchen , dining area and cozy living space. Private deck with a BBQ , outside seating , daybed area under an ancient avocado tree.
