Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

The Loft at Canbyfield, is a newly converted, self-contained, first-floor studio apartment and is located on an arable and livestock farm between the villages of Seagrave and Sileby. It enjoys a tranquil, rural setting where guests can enjoy watching and listening to a variety of wildlife and farming activities. We are well-placed for access to Leicester, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray and Nottingham. At Canbyfield, we pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome and enjoyable stay for guests.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

There is also private parking for 2 cars on the driveway, a large terrace & secret garden to enjoy.

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. A fantastic location for anybody visiting the Charnwood Forest area, the Cottage is in minutes walk from pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. We are close by to the Great central railway and John's House - a Michelin Star restaurant. We offer a discount weekly and monthly.
