Good kitchenette facilities. Not full kitchen therefore no oven, there’s a micro & 5 litre air fryer. No wifi, our motto “talk to each other, pretend it’s 1995!” BBQ available on request. The cottages were hand built from the coffee stone and jarrah on the property. They provide a chance to unwind, re-energise and immerse yourself in nature’s tranquillity. Explore the pristine coastlines, towering forests, and delicious wineries and eateries of the Margaret River region. Your slow stay awaits.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Come and enjoy some South’n Comfort in beautiful Augusta. A light bright 2 storey home in a quiet culdersac. Plenty of space to park a car and boat. Within easy walking distance of town, the river and the ocean. Add in beautiful bushland and you won’t want to leave. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the serenity, try a spot of fishing, our bush golf course and take a tour of the local wineries. All at your fingertips in beautiful Augusta where two oceans meet.
