This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.

Je vous propose mon appartement cosy et chaleureux dans le centre de Lausanne, proches des transports. Se trouve à 5 min minutes à pieds du parc de Valency ( avec piscine public l'été ). Vue sur le lac. Nombreux commerces tout proche ( poste, supermarché, restaurants, épicerie fine... )
