All the amenities for a relaxing stay close to Yatesville Lake (18 miles), Rush Off-Road Park (13 miles) & Giovanni's Pizza (5 miles). Tristate area KY/WV/OH can be in all within 30 minutes.

This Louisa vacation rental sits on a secluded lot within the eastern Kentucky foothills but is surrounded by tons of fun, from the twists and turns of Yatesville Lake to the scenic Eagle Ridge golf course. Enjoy your morning coffee in front of the large windowed A-frame wall before heading out for a beach day at The Cove, horseback riding at Blackburn Stables, or a quick day trip up to Huntington’s museums and gardens.

The Cabin is a fully furnished , 3 bedroom home on 13 acres, a pond 2 fire-pits, wildlife. The house has a gas fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen, also we provide a gas grill outside on the wrap around porch. The porch has a swing and plenty of seating. A wash room with full size washer and dryer. The pond has a dock and is fully stocked. A king master suite with a shower ,bath tub. A bunk room w/ 4 long bunks. Upstairs a balcony / queen bedroom overlooking the downstairs.

Our Highlander Yurt is an extremely unique structure. An Octagonal Yurt made from trees that were harvested from the property. Our pictures tell you a lot and give you an intriguing glimpse, but you will still be blown away when you see the structure in person. The 8 main support logs are great Ash Trees that were harvested from the property because they were dying. The metal roof is a Corn Bin Roof that provides a 20' high dome in the center

The "Mountaineer" Rustic Yurt

Our Mountaineer Yurt is an extremely unique structure. A wooden octagonal Yurt that was made from trees harvested from our property. Our pictures tell you a lot and give you an intriguing glimpse, but you will still be blown away when you see this Yurt in person.
