Relax in one of many ADK chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom. La Petite Suite is a cozy boutique hotel room alternative in a quiet residential Burlington neighborhood only 2 miles from downtown. The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

Situated just off the causeway bike path, you'll have access to miles of biking and walking trails. Downtown Burlington is just a 15-minute drive away.

*Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

My space is in a quiet cul-de-sac in the New North End of Burlington, close to Lake Champlain's beach, Hannaford grocery store, and great dining options like La Boca Wood Fired Pizzeria, Smitty's Pub, and Simple Roots Brewing. Family-friendly activities include Leddy Park and Ethan Allen Park. Downtown Burlington is a short trip away, and the property is conveniently located on the bus line for easy access to the area.

Directly on Lake Champlain with uninterrupted views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Beautiful Sunsets! Adjacent to the Island Line Rail Trail Bike Path and 10 miles to Burlington by bike. Full kitchen with under counter refrigerator. Close to vineyards and apple orchards. 3 night minimum stay. Bike ferry is us usually open from May to Oct. Check schedule for hours.
