Studio is situated at the rear of our family home with a sperate entrance. Fully equipped with private bathroom, work station and small refrigerator. Access to WIFI included. More than welcome to make use of the swimming pool in the warmer Melbourne months. No kitchen facilities. Strictly no parties.

On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.

Six minutes walk to Altona train station and a further 4 minute walk to the beach with Cherry lake at the end of the street. 30 minutes train to Melbourne CBD.
