Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Centrally located to enjoy the beautiful Suffolk countryside, Honeybee is within walking distance of the delightful village of Cavendish, a short drive to Long Melford, Clare and historic Lavenham with its famous timber-framed houses and just 12 miles from the Cathedral town of Bury St Edmunds. Honeybee is a well-equipped end of terrace. The village has a pub boasting delicious home-cooked food, a Chinese, fish and chip shop and social club along with two mini supermarkets, and pharmacy.

There are plenty of beautiful walks and fascinating places to visit nearby, including medieval Lavenham, the old market town of Sudbury with is fabulous Gainsborough museum, and Bury St Edmunds and its fine Abbey.

The annexe is an open plan, 1st floor, ‘loft’ space, separate to the main house and set in 9 acres of meadows. A quiet place to relax and use as a base to explore East Anglia. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, you can walk the Stour Valley Path, cycle to nearby villages like Lavenham or Long Melford, or paddle board along the Stour River opposite. The beautiful historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, and villages Long Melford and Lavenham are just a short drive away.

The cottage is perfectly located near the town centre and surrounded by footpaths and beautiful ancient water meadows. A lovely place to rest and recharge. Sudbury area is very dog friendly and you can enjoy most pubs and restaurants with your pooch. We are close to historical towns of Long melford and Lavenham. 10 minute walk to town and shops 15 minute walk to bus and train station 1-2 minute walk to restaurants 1-2 minute walk to meadows and footpaths
