Studio Huis Roomolen is located at Roomolenstraat in the center of Amsterdam, a little street beween canals, yet; in the middle of things. Gorgeous houseboat moored on historic canal. The B&B is 60 m2, with ample living space, an open kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom. Outside is a large deck. Perfect for a couple, not for guests who have trouble with steep stairs The boat is called “Musard” and was built in 1922 in Rouen, France. We live in the rear end of the boat and our guests stay in the front. Older reviews are of the same location, but we used to rent out the total boat! Now the space fits 2 guests, not more.

Its perfect spot for a family get-away, we can host only 2 adults but up to 2 children (up to 16 years) are welcome to join free of charge. The sofa is a double bed pull out. It is located next to Vondelpark and Museum square, 3-4 minutes from Canal belt and Jordaan. De Pijp is only a 10 minute walk away.

A cozy place to stay in the centre of Amsterdam (5 minutes walk from the Central Station, 2 minutes from the Dam Square). And guess what? It is quiet. No trams and busses since it is a pedestrian area. The Bijenkorf department store the Dam Square with the Palace are just around the corner as well as the Metro and other public transportation. But if you walk around the area you are in the middle of the historical centre.
