The schedule policy is flexible. However, if two guests coincide on the same day, the checkout will be at 12:00 and the check-in at 3:00 pm if there is a overlap between the schedules. We have a wide list of places and activities to do on the island that we will be happy to share with you if you wish. The house is in La Garita, a quiet residential neighborhood. There's a pedestrian promenade to the south that connects the beaches of La Garita, Playa del Hombre, Taliarte, and Melenara. Restaurants on the maritime avenue serve local cuisine. The house has an ideal situation to access the different points of interest of the island. Beaches, capital, tourist areas, airport, restaurants, shopping areas, etc The "Global" bus lines allow you to move comfortably all over the island. Airport: 10 min Las Palmas de GC: 15 min Maspalomas / Playa del Inglés: 25 / 30min Agaete: 50min (Times by car). During the stay it is possible that the maintenance personnel access the outside area of the house for the maintenance of the swimming pool. Guests will always be informed in advance.
