Surrounded by towering trees, nature and a small farm, this guest house is Colorado country close to the city. High ceilings, stylish floors, newly renovated everything and charming brocante decor combine for a serene, welcoming atmosphere. Guests cross a creek via a small private bridge then wind up a long country driveway leading to this unique listing that is as peaceful as it is charming. Come experience the best of Colorado Springs while staying in this one of a kind property! Our beautiful ranch-style cottage sleeps eight, making it perfect for families and groups. Our cottage offers 3 bedrooms (5 beds) as well as two bathrooms with showers. A full, well-equipped kitchen gives you the ability to make a scrumptious dinner or whip up something quickly. A large living room has sofas perfect for a game night, watching a movie, or relaxing with your group. An attached garage is available for sporting equipment. An outdoor patio table and moveable chairs give you the opportunity to enjoy Colorado's beautiful outdoors from various vantage points around the Cottage. A kids' play set welcomes the little ones. Our property and Cottage is entirely non-smoking, so you will be able to breathe in the beautiful Colorado air both inside and out! Our charming Cottage is a private guest house located on our farm property. You will park right outside the front door. We will contact you the day of your arrival with directions about access and keys to get into the Cottage. Our Cottage is wheelchair accessible, but it also provides immediate access to the New Santa Fe Trail, which is great for running, hiking, biking or just leisurely strolling. Our property is located just over a mile off the interstate, so grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and Walmart are only 2-5 miles away. We are one exit away from the Air Force Academy and 8 miles from the Garden of the Gods. We live in a separate house on the property, so we are available to make your stay the best experience possible! This private Cottage home is located just a few miles off of I-25 in Colorado Springs. While being in the heart of the city, this property feels like it's in the middle of the country. It has easy access to the New Santa Fe Regional Trail and Monument Creek. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are all with minutes away. The host lives on the property in a separate home. We are about an hour and a half from the Denver Airport depending on traffic, and 30 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport. We have recently renovated our entire Cottage. It is beautiful and clean, a space that our family is proud to invite others into.

Finally you’ll have plenty of space to unpack in the bedroom before drifting off in the inviting queen bed. Enjoy mountain view’s from the entire cottage, deck, or anywhere in the beautifully landscaped yard.

Love Shack: Walk to Incline, Cog, Downtown

The Love Shack is a private, 225 sf studio cottage a block from downtown Manitou. Perfect for hikers, runners, writers, naturalists, & art lovers. Luxuriate with Pottery Barn sheets/duvet cover, plush SAATVA premium mattress, and clawfoot bathtub with Epsom salts. Fast Wifi with table workspace, but no TV. Instead, take in the courtyard garden views or walk the nearby mountain trails. Love making dinner for two? You'll find all you need here. Dedicated parking is 5 feet from the gate!

It has everything you need!Quaint and unique space, the cottage is located in the back alley entrance of our 1/3 acre property. There is often wildlife to be seen such as birds, squirrels, deer, also birds, bees and a few bugs. There’s a tree that provides a shaded area, and chairs to sit on and relax and enjoy outside. We love our neighbors down the alley. One of our neighbors builds tiny homes!
