Welcome to your fully private studio in Historic Capitol Hill. ❤️ You’ll have your own entrance with keypad, and the unit is completely separate. Central location, close to downtown, the bar scene, concert venues along Colfax and steps away from tons of cool dining options. Huge private patio is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening smoke :-) We love puppers 🐶 and allow small pets (25 pounds or less) for a small extra fee!

Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
