Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Hiljaisuuden kylän mökit ovat käsin veistetty 30 vuotta sitten. Vuonna 2023 mökit ovat täysin uudistettu. Mökistä löytyy oma wc, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro ja jääkaappi. Mökin terassilta löytyy puulla lämmitettävä kylpytynnyri, joka on erikseen tilattavissa. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Levin Villa Repo is a modern and stylish log cabin with two bedrooms, completed in December 2023. It spans 80m² and is located in a peaceful setting, directly adjacent to forest and cross-country ski trails. The villa's large windows offer stunning panoramic views of the enchanting nature and forest landscapes. The villa includes a carport and ample parking space in close proximity. Additionally, there is a shared grill hut in the villa village. Free Wi-Fi is available.
