Nur 200m vom Meer entfernt und doch geschützt vor dem Wind, befindet sich Casa Kalisat „Haus Glück“. Umgeben von atemberaubender Vulkanlandschaft, dem klaren Sternenhimmel bei Nacht, der Kraft der Gezeiten, findet man Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit in schöner Wohnatmosphäre. Im ganzen Dorf darf man unbekleidet sein, FKK ist hier gern gesehen, aber kein Zwang. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in Charco und mehrere gute inseltypische Restaurants in Mala und Arrieta, wo sich auch ein langer, flacher Sandstrand, geeignet für Kinder und Surfer befindet. Eine geschützte Badestelle(200m) aus natürlichem Lavagestein, ermöglicht ganzjährig das Baden bei Hochwasser, ein Felsen(500m) mit Trittleiter ist für Schwimmer und Taucher der perfekte Zugang zum Meer. Mehrere Wanderpfade nehmen hinter dem Haus ihren Anfang. Der schönste führt direkt zum Ausflugspunkt „Jardin de Cactus“, des bekannten Inselkünstlers César Manrique.

Villa Viha is a lovely property, very privately situated on the top of a rural area. The house is 316sqm and the garden is 5800sqm. It has a large poolarea and several fantastic terraces. The views are just amazing. You can see the sea and 22 vulcano tops! The city you see is Arreciffe which is 10 minutes drive away, and the village on the side is Nazaret, 10 min walk away, with two restaurants, and a supermarket. But chances are you don´t want to leave the world of Villa Viha too long.

The villa Villa Peaky, which is situated in Yazia, overlooks the nearby sea and mountains. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a washing machine as well as a TV. Furthermore, a private sauna and a pool table are available on the property.

The spacious house with a view of the valley consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 5 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a washing machine. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request.
