Beautifully built farmhouse cottage tucked away with gorgeous views minutes to downtown Salisbury and I-85. Enjoy the rocking chair front porch overlooking sprawling wooded acres and farm. One bedroom with a king bed and full bath and the other with a twin over full size bottom bunk bed. Fully stocked with all the necessities & more! This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

Davidson Treehouse Retreat

Escape to our private treehouse nestled in nature. Our charming retreat offers a relaxing living space to make you feel at ease while keeping you close to restaurants & entertainment. Sit underneath the two enormous Japanese maples that extend over the side of the around porch. Regardless of where you look, you will be immersed in the beauty of the country. Situated on 2 acres outside of Davidson city limits, every feature of this cozy home was thoughtfully curated to create lasting memories.

Cherry Treesort "Chico's Hideaway"

This beautiful treehouse is the 5th on the Cherry Treesort property. It is located off the main road with a short walk over the scenic bridge. It features a queen bed in the main bedroom as well as a queen pullout couch bed. It has a complete bathroom with flushing toilet and shower. It also has a microwave, toaster, Keurig, and fridge. Heat and AC are also a luxury in this house. On the grounds outside the property we have a great rustic fire pit with plenty of outdoor swings and hammocks.

Millie the Mill House

Enjoy a stay in a charming historic Mill-House nestled in up and coming downtown Kannapolis. This cozy, vintage home has an intimate industrial feel. The artistic and local nuances will keep you entertained and intrigued. We have interesting pieces from the old mill and also fun pieces from all over North Carolina. You will feel at home, at Millie the Mill House. (This listing is not suitable for infants and small children.) 25 mins from Mooresville and 30 mins from Concord Motor Speedway.

Charming 2 bedroom guest suite. Each bedroom has a queen bed, 50” tv, private bath with high end finishes, and attached walk-in closet. All linens and toiletries are included in the suite. It offers a cozy living room which includes a tv, kitchenette, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with coffee, creamer and sweetener. Complimentary bottled water in the refrigerator. Enjoy your coffee on the large deck outside. We also offer a fire pit and horse shoes to enjoy your stay.

The Eastside Cottage

You are going to love it! The cottage is furnished with an eclectic flare. Lovely artwork and a kitchen that is very user-friendly. Spices included :) This 2 BR, 1 bath cottage, makes a cozy getaway. Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. The pet fee is $35 "per pet per night" with a limit of two dogs. See "Other Details to Note"

Charming Union Street Historic District Studio

Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and double bed. Its a lovely half mile walk to the heart of downtown for shopping, food, drinks and all sorts of other things to see and do!

The Lodge at 7 Oaks

The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.

Two bedroom, two bath house in a quiet neighborhood. House is less than a 20 minute ride thru the country to Mooresville and only a 22 minute ride down 85 to Concord or up 85 to Salisbury. It's a great location in the middle of everything!
