Beechwood Nook

Crown Lodges are located in the Heart of the Rossendale valley- Crawshawbooth. There are three lodges in total all situated around a 140sq/m lodge with breath taking views, it is the perfect escape to the country. The site is brand new and was built by owner and host Sam through the covid-19 pandemic 2018-2021 with his keen eye for building, the site is loved and adored by many of the locals and has proved a massive hit so far. Beechwood nook located to the left hand side of our site features the most privacy of the three cabins on its own stretch of pathway. Enjoy beautiful nights in your hot tub from this natural beauty spot, our lodges have something for everyone and we believe they are all-in luxury. They feature luxury kitchens, luxury bathrooms, log burners, free standing bath upstairs next to your bedroom area and everyones favourite a 2mx2m hot tub. Tip from us-Be ready with drinks in the hot tub for when it goes dark, the site lights up like something you see when your abroad and looks incredible, you can see our site from the other side of the valley which we think looks amazing. Crown Lodges is situated on a public footpath which has miles and miles of walking, for all of you that enjoy a stroll. We recommend downloading the walking app Komoot and downloading the local pack which is priced as much as a small coffee, this is like google maps for walking enthusiasts. For local things to do, I think we are up there with the best. Our local town Rawtenstall has undergone major development in the last couple of years and is getting better and better all the time. We have Rawtenstall market which has been taken over and turned into a food heaven. Once a month it has 'foodie Friday' and is packed with local stalls selling street food and deserts. Then we have Avuccirea, fire pit, La Turka, Tiger lounge and GemNi just to name a few. All providing excellent quality of food and drinks. We have a variety of bars, pubs and cafes too, far too many to mention. We are also 40mins on the x43 bus to Manchester City centre and the bus stop is within 15mins walk from our site (big hill back up not for the faint hearted). We also have the very last temperance bar in the country Mr Fitzpatrick's established in 1899 which recently featured on the hairy bikers, this is 100% worth a visit. Ideal for couples looking for a quiet getaway but still close to exciting things to do, this brand new development is your number one hot spot for 2021. Once you come you will not want to leave, from experience our site looks so incredibly different every season. We have fantastic summers and snowy winters. One thing to note: Upstairs in the Beechwood nook cabin is restricted head height, so if your very tall you may want to pick one of the other lodges. If this doesn't bother you then its a cosy little space upstairs. The rest of the Lodge is 2.3m head height so its just the upstairs that's restricted.

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

THE FERNY HOOLET chalet with hot tub & fishery.

The Ferny Hoolet is a stunning chalet that embraces nature & is full of character. It is a wildlife oasis where you can regularly see kingfishers, woodpeckers and hear ferny hoolets from your balcony. When you are not chilling in the hot tub, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the indoor space, which has a wonderful, relaxing feel-good atmosphere. We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

'Waterside Studio'

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

Accornlee Cottage Bronte country

Accornlee cottage is a stone farm house which dates back to 1611 & is located at a working farm in the rolling countryside Sleeps 5 people in 2 bedrooms Bedroom 1 is a large room with a super king bed plus 1 single bed or can be 3 single beds . Bedroom 2 is a double bed , there is a cot please bring bedding for the cot Open plan living with kitchen diner / sitting room with tv & a gas fired stove Outside seating space & large garden with a parking space . wi fi is at the property Pets welcome

Totally Isolated Pennine Cabin

A cosy, rustic hut in a field with 2 comfy kingsize beds (sheets & duvet not provided), en suite shower & loo, set in a secluded spot on a small, quiet 36 acre farm with fishing lake & boat in a remote, beautiful, little visited, yet very accessible area of the Pennines with expansive views of the stunning Thursden Valley. An extensive network of footpaths lead to Extwistle Moor, the cairn circle & tumuli above Ell Clough, the Bronte Way, Pennine Way & Bridleway. Sorry no dogs. No loud music.

Log cabin in private woodland with lake

Gorgeous unique log cabin in private woodland, situated by a pond & literally a stones throw from a stunning lake. There is phone signal & 4G but no Wifi so this place is like a retreat for you to truly unwind & relax, or use as a base for exploring the closeby stunning areas of the Yorkshire Dales & the Lake District. Two minutes from J35 off the M6 making it really easy to get to and get to other places too! There is also a beautiful canal walk straight from your log cabin to the local pub.

Ansdell Hideaway

Stunning Victorian terrace in leafy Lytham. Every element of the house is new from the front gate to the back gate. Completely renovated & refurbished. Perfectly located near to Ansdell train station and next to the golf course. A short walk to Lytham, Fairhaven Lake & St Anne’s. Only a short drive from Blackpool & all of its attractions. A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

Lakeside Hideaway

The Hideaway is a very unique little cabin, a bit back to basics with a few treats thrown in. its a 1 or 2 adults only accommodation, no children. You have your own private fenced off area containing a BBQ/firepit. Inside you will find a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, a wonderful log burning stove and even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to welcome you. ONE well behaved SMALL dog can stay too in the little 7ft x 11ft cabin. ( please message to discuss).

There are a handful of surrounding forest walks and picturesque bike routes, as well as being a perfect location to explore the West Pennine Moors and Winter Hill. Located 15 miles from Manchester city centre. Simply step outside onto a private deck, where you’ll find your own bubbling hot tub.

Luxury Loft at Claughton Hall

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. Built in 1827, this architectural gem, is nestled within 12 acres of private grounds featuring diverse woodland, gardens and an ornamental lake and bridge, just a few minutes drive from Windermere's shore, Cartmel’s world renown restaurants and the southern lakeland fells.
