Cedarwood is the perfect place to escape & relax without leaving your home comforts behind, designed for 2 adults & 2 children under 12. (Not 4 Adults) Come stay with us in a tranquil setting surrounded by nature, look at the stars under perfect dark skies. We are a unique camping pod site offering a special holiday experience in the heart of the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall. Our pods are designed with comfort in mind and have central heating, en-suite shower room as well as a small kitchenette.

Seahorse Cottage

Seahorse Lodge is set in a peaceful rural location. It is ideally located as a base to explore the Lizard and Helford. It is only two miles to the village of Coverack and two miles to St Keverne with pubs and a local shop. Kynance Cove, and Helford are also a short drive away. Two dogs maximum are welcome with a small pet fee. Dog friendly under control. Dogs are not to be left unattended. There is a dog fee of £30 per stay to cover cleaning costs. Please ensure you add any dogs when you book.

The Apple Loft - perfect for a Cornish escape

The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage in the grounds of Tremayne House, providing accommodation for two adults. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

Cosy Seaside Cottage - coastal walks/beaches

The Dinghy - A traditional Fishermans cottage, it is one of the oldest properties, nestled into the coastal village of Coverack. It been in our family for around 200 years. It provides a modern, quirky interior with traditional beams, note ceiling height is around 6’, there is a enclosed south facing sunny terrace looking out to sea. Situated just a stones throw from the crystal clear waters of Coverack beach, which is safe for swimming and direct access onto the South West Coastal Path.

HOPE'S CABIN, unique, near sea, near Porthallow

Tucked away in a tranquil corner of the Owners' grounds, Hope’s Cabin, a stunning retreat to return to at the end of a day exploring the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall. Soak away aches in the gorgeous copper bath or relax in front of the log burner. Enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining on the deck or wrap up in a rug when the temperature drops. Sun lovers will appreciate sunshine for most of the day. Well equipped kitchen cleverly chosen to maximise space. King size bed, inside loo & outside shower.

If you like modern spaces, and fancy hanging around sculpture for more than a quick gallery visit then this may appeal. The setting is rural the accommodation spacious and light. The sculpture is at close quarters within your apartment and in the well tended garden. The accommodation is priced for two. Babies are more than welcome ( The space is large and would accommodate three or four people with an additional cost. A sofa bed can be requested but the space is open plan).

Wander down to the creek and take Sandy the boat or the kayaks/paddleboard out at high tide. Come evening; relax in the beautiful barn, listen to the owls and star gaze through the roof windows from your bed.

Just feet from the Helford River and public slipway, you can enjoy views down to the boats and yacht club, whilst keeping an eye out for the wildlife on and in the water. Sit back, relax and soak up the sunshine in the garden or grab your paddle and power on out adventuring!

Luxury barn for two near the sea

Longstone Barn is a superbly equipped luxury barn conversion set in glorious rural surroundings, with its own beautiful garden, 5 minutes’ drive from the seaside village of Coverack with a pretty harbour and a sandy beach at low tide. All of SW Cornwall and many cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Babies up to 2yrs old are accepted at the barn and a cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat can be provided.

Helford Hideaway

A cosy log cabin situated in a small hamlet on the Lizard peninsula, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, full of secluded coves, beaches & woodlands to explore, all only 5 minutes from the tranquil Helford passage. 10 to 15 minutes from the historic town of Helston. A minutes walking distance from a traditional Cornish pub, with great food, and a welcoming log fire and beer garden.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop or church or pub at the moment. But there are all the above within two miles so life exists!
