Welcome to your own private studio guesthouse with your own fence and doggy door for your pets convenience. This 600 sqft studio combines the bedroom with a Fullsize bed, work desk, living room and kitchenette all open and the large bathroom with walk-in closet separated by doors. You also have your own central heating/ac unit so you can keep the temperature to your liking. You also will have access to a full sized refrigerator in the garage a mere 2 steps out your door and covered parking.

Escape to quiet country living. Guests have access to the entire house and yard. The house built in 1894 was one of the first in Roxton. Roxton’s population is 548, no stop light. Roxton Chaparral Trail is 126 yds from the house. Rock Falls Park is 1/4 of a mile N. It is a favorite place to take pictures. Roxton has bank , 24 hr ATM, PO, Cafe, City Drug Store and Chaparral museums , pay at pump gas station and library. A 15 mile drive to downtown Paris and 20 mile to major shopping area.
