It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape while still in the CITY! If you are looking for a country feel and a lot of active opportunities while still being in the CITY this is the place for you. We are walking (or biking) distance from Veteran's Park offering tennis, hiking trails, sand volleyball, soccer and a wonderful playground for the kids. You can also fish on the property (catch and release), firepit/ grill out, ax throwing, corn hole and kayak or canoe on the pond!

Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte.
