Enjoy dining and relaxing on the spacious deck with commanding water views, and for the little ones, swinging and sliding on the swing set. Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. Enjoy the TV/ DVD player with a variety of favorite kids' flicks. Perfect for rainy days or down time, this extra living space is sure to please kids and adults alike! A 3 bedroom home with office just a short walk to the beach! Lovingly restored and decorated to make you feel right at home. Nice and warm in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. First floor entry in an enclosed porch where you can store your bikes, ski equipment, shoes, boots or anything else you need to keep under cover. Roomy, galley kitchen connected to your dining and living space make this an easy way to be together. Backyard has grill area,table and chairs and a great firepit.

The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)
