Many trails surround the neighborhood, with shops, cafes, and the university close too. Lime Bikes, Ride Share (Car2Go & ReachNow), local buses and the Light Rail are all available in the neighborhood. Uber/Lyft/Taxis are easily accessible.

We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.

Fast and reliable wifi throughout the suite works great for remote video meetings. Sleeps up to 6 guests with two bedrooms each with a queen bed and one queen-sized sofa bed in the main room. Each add'l guest after 2 is $10/night.

Enjoy a quiet stay in a new one-bedroom/one-bathroom detached apartment in Seattle's Central District. A 10 minute bus ride will take you downtown (on the 3 or the 4); or a 5 minute walk to Swedish Hospital. Off-street parking is available at no additional charge. We also have a level 2 (40amp) car charging available, for an extra fee, and must be prearranged.
