The Helm—2-Story Container Home close to Magnolia Market

This unique home started as two shipping containers–20' and 40'. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap and trimmed it out in 100+ year old barnwood. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. Entry is through the original container doors or a side entry with a standard door. We removed the steel panels from the doors and replaced them with picturesque full glass. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights under the rail that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. The deck and upstairs bedroom is accessed by an exterior spiral stairway. We live right around the corner so are available for anything you need including any questions on the house or your time in Waco. We’ll try to meet you to show you the house if possible but you can also check yourself in with the passcode we’ll send you the day of check-in. The location is a safe rural neighbourhood, just north of Waco and close to I-35. Surrounded by trees, cattle graze nearby. Guests are also welcome to use the lawn. Shop and eat in Homestead Cafe and Craft Village. only 3 minutes away by road. You can park right at the house and Uber is available.

Big Rocks on the Brazos Cabin with River Access!

Enjoy our rustic cabin on the beautiful Brazos River. Our cabin is one large room with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Grain silos have been converted to awesome restroom and shower facilities. Outside area includes a covered deck as well as an open deck. Charcoal grill available for outdoor cooking. Large fire pit for relaxing by the fire! Full access to the river for fishing and swimming. 18 miles to Baylor Stadium and Magnolia Market at the Silo! Come enjoy the Big Rocks on the Brazos!

Our beautiful, one of a kind Treehouse offers an amazing escape into the trees for your most unique and memorable getaway!! It’s “Treehouse Rustic” but with beautiful, quality decor, bedding and amenities! You’ll want for nothing in this private, tranquil setting! Bring a good book along for some downtime on the beautiful wraparound deck that overlooks White Rock Creek! Lots of parking and you’ll definitely want to take a long stroll from the treehouse around our amazing 100 acre neighborhood.

Get the full Waco experience by staying in "The Bachelor Pad" renovated on Season 3! Our home is ideal for having a relaxing, fun time with your friends and family. Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Enjoy a peaceful stay at this quiet, spacious guesthouse. This unique property is minutes from Woodway and Hewitt Drive with convenient access to food and fun! Only 12 miles from downtown Waco, take advantage of all the city has to offer and then retreat to the quiet nights of Lorena. This one bedroom, private building is separate from the main house. The bedroom, bathroom, and main area all have separate entrances. The living area has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional guests.

Cozy Cabin in the Country 101

Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.
