There is a city boat launch across the street. Bike path a few blocks away which runs from Covington to Slidell. The home has an incredible porch where a nice breeze blows from the lake. The Gator Getaway is the perfect escape from reality located in the swampy town of Manchac, Louisiana. It is the ideal place for a stay near the water with no boat required! The historic building was the original Church of Manchac and was remodeled into a home. Located within walking distance to the famous Middendorf's Restaurant!
