Romantic Getaway at a Guesthouse near Downtown Atascadero

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

The Boathouse is centrally located in the heart of Paso Robles wine country, near Lake Nacimiento. This quiet, serene location is a true getaway! Nicely appointed one-bedroom, with queen size bed. One bathroom, with shower. And a queen sized murphy bed in the living room. Fully stocked European kitchen, private entry, semi-private deck with your own propane BBQ, some house amenities available to our guests. All are welcome at The Boathouse, and we look forward to having you as our guests!

Robes, Luxurious Towels & Linens, Black-out blinds, Queen size bed and wall mounted TV with free 200mbps WiFi. Our 450sf Cozy Cabin is unattached from our main home and has it's own parking and entrance.

Spring flowers paint the hills of the Central Coast. Warm days and crisp nights make spring a great time to enjoy the beauty of the wildflowers and wild life of the the back canyons. Enjoy the peace and solitude of the Central Coast back country in this 10ft x 12ft furnished wall tent. Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the vibrant greens, pinks and yellows of springtime in the back canyons. Temperatures average mid 60s/70s in the daytime and upper 40s/low 50s at night.
