Originally from Russia (hence the name “Beriozka” meaning Birch Tree) I live in Stamford CT. About 7-8 years ago I’ve discovered Chester/ Essex area and fell in love. I’ve been coming here during summer to enjoy river rides, during winter just to see snow on the ground of old towns and needless to say during fall – when all the beauty of nature unfolds. Then came an idea to have an own place here and when an opportunity came to buy this small cottage on Cedar Lake I’ve jumped on it.

You can jump on our standup paddle board right off our private dock, jog along wide stretches of pebble beach, have a swim race to our floating swim platform or simply relax in the hammock. 2 bathrooms indoors and 1 private outdoor shower,

Duffy's on Lake Montauk

Recently renovated in soft blues and whites, these sleek units offer a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living area and large deck steps from Lake Montauk. Paddle boards, kayaks and beach chairs available in warmer months. All units have Bose players and Roku. The units sit at a 90 degree angle to the lake with partial lake views from the deck. The lake and beachfront are a 1 minute walk from the unit. RENTAL PRICES ALREADY INCLUDE SUFFOLK COUNTY SALES AND OCCUPANCY TAXES.

Perfect cottage perched above Fort Pond with epic views and relaxed bohemian vibes. The cottage is private with a private deck on shared grounds with a fire pit, hammocks, paddle boards, kayak, and lake access. The grounds are expertly landscaped and take full advantage of fort pond views. We do live on the property full time and enjoy making our space a safe and clean environment.

This water view cozy Mediterranean-style 1 bedroom romantic cottage is located within the charming community of Shelter Harbor. Across the street is Quonochontaug Pond, a four mile saltwater pond perfect for kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, clamming, and of course swimming. :)
