The amenity package includes outdoor grills, walking trails, and a boat landing. 3 world class golf courses are 3 to 5 minutes away.

Relaxed Retreat at Carolina King is a fishing and boating resort situated on Jack's Creek of Lake Marion in Summerton, SC. This is one of the most popular fishing spots in the world, proven by repeat visits from national fishing tournaments. We have acquired this resort recently and made many upgrades, most notably the customer service. If you search for reviews, please note the difference after August 1, 2024 when we took over. Sandy beaches are just minutes away depending on the lake levels. Whether you’re looking for a vacation destination or fishing/hunting trip you will love this home. Pets require pre approval

Bring your family or group to this 3 bedroom 1+ bath place in the large trees with lots of room for relaxing and fun (….if you are a jeans and sweatshirt kind of person. It is not the Hilton!) TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.
