This cottage has a Fully equipped kitchen, light bright liv/din area, screened wrap around porch. Perfect spot for your next family vacation or weekend get away. 2 Bdrm Cottage near UCF & trails, No cleaning fee

Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. It boasts lots of windows with a view. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a table for 2-4, a kitchenette with Keurig, refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. There is a tall claw foot bathtub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.

Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer.
